Their communication was exceptional from start to closing escrow, they helped me find a handyman to get my condo show ready, and they helped with staging my condo for the photos and video. To top it off, they had a solution to the problem with my HOA being under insured, which made it difficult for buyers to qualify for a conventional loan, before I knew that this could be a potential problem!
